Responsibilities
Conduct interviews with company Editorial staff and subject matter experts to identify financial and investment opportunities and determine marketing positioning
Research financial market activity and investment landscape to incorporate and translate relevant trends and comparative results into marketing copy
Write direct marketing materials including video scripts, long-form HTML promotions, direct mail packages, print advertorials, Pay-per-click advertising campaigns and other promotional materials
Write special reports related to current financial events and conditions to be used as bonus materials provided with new marketing campaign offers.
Ability to read, interpret and help design graphics and charts related to the stock market and other financial instruments.

Required
Four-year college degree on Finance or equivalent
5 years of professional copywriting required, preferably in finance or investment industries
Strong Understanding of financial markets and current market conditions
Excellent written, grammar, and communication skills
Microsoft Word, Microsoft Office
Preferred
5 years successful direct response copywriting, preferably in the financial or investment industry
Proven track record in direct response copywriting for the financial and investment industry
Ability to read, interpret and help design graphics and charts related to the stock market and other financial instruments
Argumentative writing skills or strong selling abilities
