Responsibilities
Partner with the CEO and executive team to set and execute strategic initiatives.
Develop operational strategies to drive efficiency and enhance market positioning.
Lead the Customer Success team to reduce client churn, increase client satisfaction, and drive registration of participants in our B2B environment.
Oversee the Member Support team to ensure quick issue resolution and a seamless customer experience.
Use analytics to drive improvements in service delivery, marketing, and customer support.
Oversee the development of new products and features to enhance engagement and increase revenue per member.
Utilize AI to personalize member engagement and assess partnership opportunities with other wellness vendors to expand our offerings.
Prioritize immediate client needs and software bugs on behalf of the business users.
Collaborate with the CTO to ensure data security and compliance with industry regulations.
Proactively identify and address potential operational risks.
Work with functional leads and VP-Controller to establish performance dashboards, including improvement targets.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and innovation.
Manage cross-departmental collaboration to improve workflow, productivity, and project execution.
Partner with finance to develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models aligned with strategic goals.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
Proven experience as a COO or similar senior operational leader, ideally within SaaS, tech, or wellness sectors.
Strong understanding of key business functions, including customer success, marketing, finance, and HR.
Track record of driving operational efficiency and growth.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Data-driven decision-making skills, with familiarity in performance management software and business intelligence tools.
Preferred
MBA preferred.
