Responsibilities

Associate will be tasked with engaging with our Dental & Life Claims operations to aid in evaluating our day-to-day processes, current claims reports, KPI's and assist with data gathering, data analysis and where appropriate provide recommendations on improvements we can make within our management rigor and oversight of our operational reports.
