Responsibilities
Secure meetings with the right people, at the right place, at the right time to create high quality sales opportunities for the field sales team.
The focus each day for our SDRs is getting connected with decision makers, extending the conversation, and securing meetings for our field sales team.
Use internal sales tools and resources to execute a high touch sales cadence on prospects.
Make around 80 cold calls a day to prospects to gauge interest.
Initiate contact with prospects through a multi-channel outbound prospecting strategy using phone calls, email, and LinkedIn.
Attend meetings you’ve scheduled and conduct routine check-ins with your Sales Consultant to receive feedback on the opportunities you have created.
Execute a follow-up strategy on prospects that were not interested but may be in the future or were interested but did not buy.
Develop new sales strategies based on personal successes and failures and share what’s working with your peers!

Required
High School Diploma required, Bachelor's Degree preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
0-1 years experience in sales prospecting and research.
Articulate and persuasive written and oral communicator.
Demonstrate willingness to grow through discomfort – fearless!

Strong work ethic and self-drive.
A believer in the fruits of a disciplined process.
Strong attention to detail and highly organized.

Experience using a CRM; Salesforce preferred.
