Responsibilities
Review and migrate contracts from the existing database into the DocuSign CLM system.
Ensure accurate data entry and contract organization within the new system.
Collaborate with the legal and IT teams to streamline the contract migration process.
Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues during the migration process.
Assist with additional legal tasks as needed, under the supervision of senior attorneys.

Required
Recent law school graduate or junior attorney with some experience in contract review.
Basic understanding of technology contracts and contracting concepts.
Experience reviewing and summarizing contracts.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
Preferred
Familiarity with DocuSign CLM or similar contract management systems is a plus.
