Responsibilities

Design Salesforce data model changes required per requirements and justify customizations if required with enterprise architects

Define integration strategies to be used in projects

Guide team on UI designs to be used based on Salesforce best practice

Design components using apex code and develop using extension, custom settings, visual force pages

Ensure the team is developing to handle volume data and meeting security guidelines

Review DevOps strategy and advice on best practices

Providing business solutions that may require Apex Language, Classes and Workflow, Triggers/Controllers or Visual Force Pages

Define strategy and roadmap for Salesforce instances

Recommend newer technologies and relevance to clients such as Data Cloud, Agentforce

Identify, escalate, and monitor technical issues to resolution

Mentor and manage teams of consultants to be able to keep project on time Quality Assurance review of work done by the team

Present architecture options and recommendations - including configuration vs customization

Delivering full lifecycle Salesforce implementations from inception to rollout

Maintaining and supporting Salesforce systems

Creating architecture and high level design documents

Required

At least 4+ years experience in Salesforce Architecture role

At least 4 years experience with Integration technologies

Overall 12+ years of experience in Salesforce or CRM technologies

Experience in implementing data cloud, Einstein

Experienced in working in Agile methodology

Working knowledge of security concepts such as single sign on and data security

Ability to work with customer for defining roadmap, SSO consolidation, proactive solutions, appexchange solutions etc

Expert level knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud

Experience implementing AppExchange applications

Knowledge of platform limitations and mitigation strategies

Experience with managing and migrating large data volumes

Solid communications skills, ability to work within a team environment

Knowledge of branching and DevOps strategy and tools

Flexible to work with offshore team and hours

Preferred

Salesforce Developer and Architect Certifications a plus
