Responsibilities
Conceptualize, create and deliver compelling and results-driven content for various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
Utilize graphic design, illustration, animation and video content creation to create engaging, playful, and story-driven content for clients in the children's publishing industry.
Ensure brand aesthetics and tone align with client social media strategy and client guidelines.
Strategize around emerging social trends and apply them creatively to clients' social content, providing rationale for each creative decision.
Employ brand guidelines that reflect the desired aesthetic, tone, and overarching concepts within social content, ensuring consistency and originality.
Partner with the social media agency on strategy implementation and ideation and deliver creative concepts in alignment with brand content strategy.
Collaborate with the agency team on delivering final approved posts.

Required
5+ years of experience in social media content creation, including graphic design, animation, video production, and/or illustration.
Advanced skills in graphic design and illustration for children's books or similar content.
Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects and animation tools.
Proven ability to conceptualize, create, and publish original content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube, and other platforms.
Extensive knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube algorithms, growth strategies, and emerging trends.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment with the ability to adapt to changing trends and client needs.
A passion for children’s media and storytelling through visual and social content.
