Responsibilities
Develop an understanding of Creators and their content needs/problems and aspirations.
Propose product features based on product gaps by analyzing feature performance leveraging analytics tools like Amplitude, Looker and Fullstory.
You will define a roadmap for your area and a strategy to maximize the impact to our creators.
Drive product requirements definition, product planning as well as ideation (including writing PRDs) for new features and enhancements.
You will closely collaborate with Designers, Data Science and Engineers to define and build user experiences that delight customers and meet our business goals.
Set up experiments and conduct in depth post- launch analyses and deep dive on product performance. You will share insights and recommendations with the rest of the team and which will inform future product iterations.

Required
3-4 years of experience as a Product Manager
2+ years of experience working in ideally marketplaces, e-commerce, and/or creator products.
Strong analytics skills: Amplitude, Looker. Can set up experiments, manipulate those tools and share insights.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to connect a strategy to a set of customer problems to a set of metrics to a set of features in a logical chain.
Ability to think out of the box and approach problems with system-level thinking.
Experience driving consumer-facing features at scale from ideation to delivery.
Deep empathy for customers grounded in data and research.
Inquisitiveness to learn new domains and systematically work through ambiguity and competing concerns with your team.
Ability to manage and prioritize within a portfolio of projects across the Shopper and Creator ecosystems that build on each other to create a coherent system.
Ability to understand and balance the needs of multiple downstream stakeholders in helping to magnify their efforts.

Preferred
Prior marketplace and content experience. The ideal candidate understands building meaningful habit-forming products.
Experience in the creator economy or understanding of creation tools and challenges.
Ability to understand technical subjects, emerging technologies, and their relevance to LTK
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts to stakeholders and leadership.
Ability to manage and lead across highly cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences at an executive level.
BS/BA degree in a technology-related field OR equivalent experience.
