Responsibilities
Obtain accurate financial and demographic information during Pre-Registration pertaining to the patient account
Utilize Passport for address verification
Maintain knowledge and application of all admission processes and procedures for patients in reservation status
Execute tasks in a timely manner with a high degree of accuracy

Required
High School Diploma or equivalent (REQUIRED)
Two years of experience in a healthcare field, customer service, telemarketing, or a call center environment (REQUIRED)
Preferred
Working knowledge of Medical Terminology (PREFERRED)
CHAA – Certified Healthcare Access Associate upon hire (PREFERRED)
