Responsibilities
The individual will serve as a strategic media leader for key clients in our portfolio, overseeing the delivery of media strategy from planning to execution
The client must regard the individual as an expert in multi-channel media, media data & analytics, and the changing landscape of digital and traditional media
The candidate will have a strong background in understanding how brand marketing integrates with performance media to deliver business outcomes
This individual will have to partner very closely and work with the internal media team to plan and execute the media strategies. This will require the ability to build relationships with media discipline leads and media managers
The individual will have proven experience in marketing strategy, digital marketing, campaign development, experience strategy, and analytics.
The candidate will serve as a primary day to day voice for media strategy within client engagements
The individual will partner closely with the Hero Digital client services’ team by supporting in business development activities
Strategic Leadership – The candidate will take a leadership role in driving Marketing services’ direction and growth within the client portfolio
The individual will collaborate with business development and client services to ensure the right resources for their team are utilized within the media process
The candidate will collaborate with client services' representatives to cultivate opportunities focused on growing current services and increasing Hero Digital share of services delivered

Required
5+ years’ experience managing digital marketing or media teams across all performance digital channels (in-platform experience preferred)
Experience leading or supporting media strategy development and activation including creating and delivering strategic media presentations
A strong command of the media and digital ecosystem with the ability to identify and create thought leadership POVs and assets
A proven ability to lead and deliver large-scale marketing strategies across multiple teams and disciplines
Ability to capture and command attention from senior level marketing clients
Ability to relate to functional client representatives in IT, sales and operations
Adept at thinking and strategizing in real time with clients and internal team members
Deep in expertise and intelligence while being relatable and magnetic internally and externally
Rich understanding of core partner platforms including Google, Facebook, The Trade Desk, Nielsen, Salesforce etc
