Responsibilities

Work closely with marketing team and CLM Business Unit owners on marketing campaign support and implementation.
Create content for web, email, print, and social media.
Create, deploy, and track performance of HTML emails and landing pages.
Create, post, and track social media campaigns.
Update website using CMS and create/update landing pages.
Provide campaign support including desktop research, project management, maintaining calendars/documents, ad trafficking, purchasing/shipping of marketing materials, etc.
Stay abreast of email, social media, and digital marketing trends and best practices.
Collaborate with various levels of clients and customers (both internally and externally) to accomplish goals and objectives.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Required

Bachelor’s Degree required (marketing or communications field, preferred)
1+ years of experience (internship or full-time) in a marketing role with exposure to content creation, social media, and email marketing - preferably in the professional/financial services industry
Digital marketing savvy, with an understanding of or experience with paid digital media
Experience with HTML emails and platforms, including building, deploying, and analyzing emails and landing pages
Strong writing skills with the ability to craft relevant, engaging messages for email, landing pages and social media
Experience monitoring campaign performance
Highly organized with demonstrated project management and time management skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Preferred

Experience using Active Campaign a plus
Social media management skills, including creating and posting content for LinkedIn, X, Facebook, and Instagram
Experience with social platforms such as Sprout Social, Canva, Hoot Suite, and GleanIn a plus
Knowledge of Google Analytics a plus
