Responsibilities

End-to-End Integration Ownership: Manage the complete lifecycle of Workday integrations, from initial research to final delivery and ongoing support.

Subject Matter Expertise: Act as the go-to expert for complex Workday integration scenarios and architecture, providing specialized knowledge and guidance.

Technical Design: Create detailed integration specifications, field mappings, flow diagrams, and designs that align with project goals and technical requirements, ensuring an optimal user experience.

Agile Project Management: Lead the development and execution of comprehensive implementation plans using agile methodologies, ensuring timely delivery of all project deliverables.

Troubleshooting, Stakeholder Management & Quality Assurance: Identify and resolve integration issues, collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project goals, and develop robust test plans to ensure high-quality, bug-free integrations.

Required

Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience with the full Workday tech stack, including PECI, PICOF, Studio, CCWs, RaaS, and WWS.

At least one full implementation of Workday, with demonstrated expertise in Workday technical solutions and integrations.

5+ years of experience in developing custom reports and calculated fields within Workday.

5+ years of experience integrating Workday with third-party service vendors.

A proven history of successfully delivering large-scale Workday integration projects in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

Preferred

Experience leading integrations and data migrations for 1+ HRIS platform installations, including Greenhouse and Dayforce.

Proven experience in implementing ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD).

Deep understanding of ATS and HCM business processes (e.g., Eightfold, Phenom), with hands-on experience managing HRIS and ATS platforms.
