Responsibilities
Oversee general ledger activities, including journal entries, allocations, and accruals.
Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Perform inventory management accounting and balance sheet reconciliations.
Support year-end audits and develop improved accounting procedures.
Provide mentorship and training to new and existing staff as needed.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in accounting (CPA preferred).
5+ years of accounting experience, including consolidation and elimination.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent analytical, technical, and communication abilities.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Effective collaboration and leadership capabilities.
Strong judgment and problem-solving skills.
Preferred
CPA preferred.
