Responsibilities
Define and drive the vision and strategy for the benefits enrollment experience, aligning with company objectives and customer needs.
Conduct user research, analyze customer feedback, and gather insights from customer-facing teams to deeply understand user pain points and areas for improvement.
Develop and manage a product roadmap, balancing short-term needs with long-term strategic goals, and adjusting priorities as necessary to adapt to market trends and business objectives.
Partner with engineering, design, and other key stakeholders to ensure smooth development and delivery of features. Facilitate collaboration, ensuring that teams are aligned and informed at each stage.
Define and track key metrics to measure product success and user satisfaction. Utilize data insights to inform decisions and make improvements based on measurable outcomes.
Identify and solve complex problems in the benefits enrollment process, focusing on simplifying the user experience and adding personalization to better serve diverse needs.
Communicate product vision, roadmap, and initiative progress to internal and external stakeholders. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand pain points, gaps, and enhancement requests. Act as the primary SME for any questions related to your product ownership areas.
Define and track key performance metrics to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.

Required
5+ years of experience in a product management or similar role in the Benefits, HR, or FinTech industries.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
Proven track record of successfully launching and managing software products.
Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and agile development methodologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Deep understanding of choice architecture and how it influences users.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Aha!, Trello).
Familiarity with market research and user testing methodologies.
Leadership experience and the ability to mentor junior product managers.
Proven experience collaborating with and supporting sales teams to drive go-to-market (GTM) success, enhance product adoption, and achieve revenue targets.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis with no sponsorship needed now, or in the future.
Preferred
MBA is a plus.
