Responsibilities
Develop and Execute Growth Strategies: Build campaigns that attract and engage leads across email, social media, and outbound channels.
Manage Email Marketing: Design, execute, and optimize email campaigns using tools like Mailchimp or HubSpot to nurture prospects and convert leads.
Drive Social Media Presence: Plan and post engaging content on LinkedIn and other platforms to build brand awareness and drive engagement.
Create High-Impact Content: Write and manage blog posts, case studies, and other materials to showcase Lilo’s expertise and value proposition.
Lead Outbound Marketing: Develop targeted outbound campaigns using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold email tools, and other strategies to generate leads.
Analyze and Report on Campaign Performance: Track metrics, analyze results, and provide actionable insights to improve performance.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with the sales and product teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.

Required
Native or Bilingual English Level (C2)
3+ years of B2B marketing experience in SaaS or tech startups.
Proficiency with marketing tools such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, and LinkedIn.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and their role in B2B marketing.
Excellent copywriting and content creation skills, with a knack for engaging audiences.
Experience analyzing data and using insights to optimize campaigns.
A self-starter mindset with exceptional project management skills.
Creative problem-solving abilities and a results-driven approach.
