Responsibilities
Develop, track, and manage project budgets, plans, timelines, and scope.
Oversee project resources, including staffing, motivating, coaching, and advising team members.
Collaborate with functional project teams to define business requirements.
Lead developer teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet business objectives.
Define and implement test plans to ensure products are defect-free before User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Facilitate UAT processes, including developing rollout plans and procedures.
Prepare and present cost-benefit analyses to stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to systems development and project management processes.
Deliver presentations to steering committees or project sponsors.

Required
Strong skills in team building, motivation, and leadership.
Proven ability to exercise sound judgment in dynamic environments and manage competing priorities effectively.
Quick understanding of business processes and ability to collaborate with stakeholders across different organizational levels.
Strong ability to assess risks and apply management principles to technological applications, products, and business functions.
Experience delivering technology and business application solutions in large-scale, multi-platform environments.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
PMP or PMI certification.
Preferred
MBA or other advanced degrees.
