Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance Android applications.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to create intuitive user experiences.
Implement best practices in mobile development, including architecture, security, performance optimization, and testing.
Lead and mentor junior developers to improve coding standards and overall team performance.
Review and debug code, ensuring high-quality and efficient execution.
Continuously optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Stay updated on the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies related to Android development.
Ensure app compatibility across various devices and screen sizes.
Work on integrating third-party APIs and services to enhance app functionality.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
Contribute to the overall technical strategy of the mobile development team.

Required
8+ years of proven experience in Android development.
Strong proficiency in Java and Kotlin, with hands-on experience in Android SDK, Android Studio, and related tools.
Deep understanding of Android architecture components, including MVVM, LiveData, ViewModel, and Data Binding.
Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating with third-party services.
Solid knowledge of performance tuning, memory management, and multithreading in Android apps.
Expertise in unit testing and UI testing using tools such as JUnit, Espresso, or similar frameworks.
Familiarity with version control tools, such as Git.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and mobile app distribution (Google Play Store).
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams.
Ability to lead complex projects and make key decisions.
Preferred
Experience with Flutter, React Native, or other cross-platform frameworks.
Familiarity with cloud technologies (e.g., Firebase, AWS).
Knowledge of Android-specific security principles and guidelines.
Contributions to open-source projects or relevant mobile development communities.
