Responsibilities

Provide Project management and IV&V expertise and support services including collaboration with resources performing departmental assessment and engagement for the payroll replacement SaaS solution.

Prepare and deliver written Monthly Activity Reports including the background, scope, and purpose of services, activities completed during the report period, work in progress, and a financial summary including budgeted and actual expenses and planned monthly expenditures.

Conduct risk and issue list reviews.

Perform requirements traceability matrix analysis.

Perform system requirements evaluation.

Conduct system test assessment and verification.

Identify and document critical work streams necessary to produce an audited published report, including all interdependencies between material departments, and other critical partners.

Required

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University or Collegiate Institution

Valid and current Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI)

A minimum of five (5) years of experience providing IV&V services performing tasks such as: Observing and assessing tools, artifacts, and activities relating to design, development, coding, testing, databases, and project management

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

PM level of experience in Microsoft Office applications, MS Project, including Visio

Minimum of seven (7) years of broad, extensive and increasingly responsible experience applying Project Management principles, methods, techniques, and tools. At least four (4) years of that experience must have been as a Senior Project Manager working on large or complex IT projects. A large IT Project is defined at 50,000 users and an implementation contract value over $10,000,000

Minimum of eight (8) years of experience aligning IT systems with organizational business processes. At least five (5) years of that experience must have been in a lead capacity
