Responsibilities
Proactively reach out to potential clients and schedule meetings to discuss their digital marketing needs.
Conduct thorough assessments of clients' online presence, including website analysis, social media audits, and digital advertising reviews.
Identify gaps and opportunities in clients' digital strategies and provide actionable recommendations.
Develop and implement tools and processes to evaluate and prioritize potential clients.
Maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and ensure timely follow-up to convert prospects into clients.
Collaborate with the sales team to refine lead triage criteria and improve client acquisition strategies.
Follow up with participants from workshops and webinars to nurture relationships and identify sales opportunities.
Develop strategies to convert event participants into paying clients, including personalized follow-up communications and targeted marketing campaigns.
Create and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to each client's needs.
Provide clients with detailed action plans to enhance their online presence, including SEO, content marketing, social media, and digital advertising recommendations.
Monitor and report on the performance of implemented strategies, making adjustments as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
Design visually appealing graphics for use in digital marketing campaigns, social media posts, and client presentations.
Manage and maintain our social media accounts, ensuring consistent branding and messaging across all platforms.
Develop engaging and platform-specific content for social media, incorporating best practices for each channel (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
Actively engage with our audience on social media, responding to comments, messages, and mentions to foster community and increase brand loyalty.
Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and design, to ensure cohesive and effective client strategies.
Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and adjust strategies as needed.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing to continuously improve service offerings.

Required
Proven experience in sales, marketing, and digital marketing, with a strong track record of client acquisition and retention.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, social media management, and digital advertising.
Strong graphic design skills with experience using design software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
