Responsibilities

Manage sales objectives by assisting in the development of annual quota goals. You'll be the mastermind behind our expected sales volumes for both existing and new products within the established territory.
Develop and implement an effective sales coverage strategy that maximizes our impact in the market.
Consistently meet and exceed sales and gross profit goals.
Assist in annual unit and gross-profit plans by helping implement marketing strategies to ensure we stay ahead of the competition.
Nurture sales volume by analyzing trends, economic indicators, and supply and demand dynamics within the agricultural landscape.
Support sales efforts by coaching, counseling, and motivating our teammates and customers to achieve remarkable results.
Promote value-add reclamation and recycling program to end-users and support the adoption of the program.

Required

Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience in a relevant field (including but not limited to the Dairy, Almond, Grape, and Greenhouse industries).
Willingness to travel daily within the sales territory.
Strong ability to cultivate and maintain customer relationships.
Capable of managing processes effectively and developing budgets.
Proficient in relevant software systems, including Microsoft Office Suite.
Familiarity with sales performance metrics and analytics.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership abilities.
Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
Customer-oriented mindset with strong negotiation skills.
Data-driven problem solver with a knack for analysis.

Preferred

Candidates located in the PST time zone to align with the regional team and customer needs.
