Responsibilities

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements for data integrations

Developing and implementing project plans for data engineering, analysis and visualization

Configuring and customizing data based on the needs of internal stakeholders

Defining, wrangling and documenting data attributes to leverage in XM analysis

Training and supporting teams on data usage and results interpretation best practices

Developing and maintaining data engineering and analytic processes to support XM program targeting and analysis requirements

Troubleshooting technical issues related to data tools and systems in the SAP data warehouse and data lake environments

Running statistical analysis using methods like correlation, ANOVA, regression and other machine learning techniques

Identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance the efficiency and functionality of data engineering and analysis processes

Required

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an analytical field like Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics/Statistics, Business Analytics, Economics, Marketing, Finance, or Social Science.

Prior experience in data mining, advanced data manipulation, statistical analysis and/or business reporting, working with cloud-based computing platforms and big data tools.

Competence in running and interpreting statistical techniques such as correlation, regression, KPI metric development, segmentation, predictive modeling and other machine learning methods.

Fluency in Python, SQL, Excel and PowerPoint.

Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to undertake analyses, synthesize findings/recommendations, articulate a storyline, and create and conduct high-impact presentations.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Superior interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships across SAP functional areas, geographies and hierarchical levels.

Base understanding of the software industry and its competitive landscape.
