Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, including calendar management, client engagement, and ongoing communication.
Serve as a liaison between the executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.
Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
Help prepare and edit new business presentations.
Prepare, edit, and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations. Maintain confidential files and records.
Coordinate and organize client gifts, account kickoff materials, etc..
Assist in managing client relationships, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and following up on action items. Candidate is expected to review client calls for action items/deliverables.
Conduct research on various topics as needed, providing insights and recommendations to the executive team.
Make sure executives are meeting deadlines/goals. Help with time management. Relevant other tasks as needed.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant working directly with executives
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Google Suite and other relevant software.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
