Responsibilities

Initiate, develop and maintain sales activities with the A&D community

Sources and develop sales programs with large national accounts.

Prepare and schedule sales calls and presentations to introduce the company, its products and product capabilities.

Follow up on sales calls, quotes and proposals; negotiate terms and secure project specifications.

Develop, track and actively grow specifications across market segments, continually building a pipeline of new projects.

Monitors and ensures orders are received timely by project.

Investigates and mitigates customer complaints to satisfactory conclusion between customer and company.

Support each Regional Sales Team as needed.

Coordinate with the Regional Sales Team when National Accounts affect their territory.

Communicate effectively to clients.

Maintain up-to-date information concerning sales prices, availability of product, production schedules, profit contribution, sales policies, sales trends, and status of current orders to meet marketing objectives and assure the company satisfies customer requirements to the greatest practical extent.

Prepare necessary sales reports (weekly) and expense reports on a timely basis.

Maintain memberships and participation in association and affiliated industry groups.
