Required
At least 6-8 years' experience in product design
Proven track record of leading design teams and delivering significant impact
Background in product design with a focus on agile development
Strong connection between design and business goals
Ability to balance strategic and hands-on work
Experience in setting measurable OKRs
Commitment to product and operational excellence
Ability to tackle complex UX challenges
Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Preferred
