Required
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
Minimum of 10 years' experience in treasury, corporate finance, or capital markets
At least 5 years in a senior leadership role
Proven track record in managing complex banking relationships
Experience with financial instruments
Well-versed in financial modeling, forecasting, and liquidity planning
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Leadership experience in building and managing high-performing teams
Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements
