Responsibilities

Own the whole design process—from learning about users and sketching ideas to crafting polished prototypes that are ready to ship.

Iterate a lot—usually 7+ times before looping in engineering and 10+ times before launching anything.

Course-correct quickly based on real customer feedback and how people actually use the product.

Know your way around Figma and can crank out everything from quick wireframes to polished prototypes.

Take ownership of projects and lead them to completion while dealing with ambiguity and finding the right balance between speed and quality.

Familiarize yourself quickly with a complex product and tackle any challenge or learn a new unfamiliar technology.

Create impact and focus on solving the biggest customer problems, not just the flashiest designs.

Collaborate effectively with other talented employees and work well in an environment where the best ideas win.
