Responsibilities

Tracks activities and provides updates to leadership, quad charts and taskers.
Supports Government lead and PM on major meetings including developing agenda, inviting key resources, developing and tracking action items.
Supports the tracking and reporting on cost, schedule and performance for projects.
Identify dependencies on activities including external teams and resources and proactively track its impact on project schedule.
Identify and document risks, issues and opportunities.
Effectively communicate to PMO leadership, stakeholders and team members the progress of activities and any risks/issues with mitigation strategies.

DoD SDLCPMBOKProject ManagementSharePoint ManagementPMP CertificationProject DocumentationFlow ChartsProcess MappingStatus Reporting

Required

Minimum 2 years of experience in leading software development teams in all aspects of the DoD SDLC.
Knowledge of the PMBOK® process inputs, tools and techniques, outputs.
Good Project Management skills and experience, including experience with project management tools such as flow charts, process mapping, and project management and tracking tools.
SharePoint Management experience.
Ability to write and present effective project materials, presentations, status reporting, etc.
A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a related field or equivalent work experience.
MUST BE A US CITIZEN AND BE ABLE TO COMPLETE THE GOVERNMENT'S BACKGROUND INVESTIGATION

Preferred

PMP certification preferred.
