National Account Manager, DSO

Responsibilities
Revenue Growth: Devise and execute strategies to drive revenue growth within assigned DSO accounts. Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Continuously monitor revenue performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary to meet targets
Account Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients within your assigned DSO portfolios. Understand their needs and proactively address them to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Cross functional Team Leadership: Coach, influence and lead cross functional teams without direct supervision of said teams. Create an environment of teamwork and collaboration by leading from example and always going the extra mile when working with others. Cross-functional teams include, Regional Account Managers, Dental Service Consultants, Recruitment, Account Executives, On-boarding, Product, Customer Service, Accounting, and possibly others.
Office Growth & Retention: Implement retention strategies to minimize churn and maximize client retention rates. Conduct regular check-ins with DSO offices to assess satisfaction levels and address any issues promptly. Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of each office. Activate additional offices within a DSO.
Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the supporting Revenue teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies, including identifying key decision-makers, understanding client pain points, and proposing tailored solutions.
GoTu Platform: Thoroughly understand our products and services, and effectively communicate their value propositions to potential and existing clients.
Sales Targets: Meet or exceed revenue targets and objectives for by acquiring new logo clients and activation of offices within new logos. Acquisition efforts include cold calling, referral based sales, in person conferences etc…
Client Support: Provide exceptional customer support to senior leadership stakeholders by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and activities in our CRM system (Salesforce) including up-to-date organizational charts for assigned DSO accounts.

Required
5+ years of successful b2b sales, partnership, and/or enterprise sales experience, with a strong focus on organization.
Results-focused and driven to achieve sales targets.
Quick learner, self-directed, and eager to grow professionally.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with C suite and senior leadership stakeholders.
Bachelors degree.
Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce) and G-suite, & Microsoft Office Suite.
Travel up to 25% of the time.
Preferred
Dental Industry experience.
MBA.
Previous experience in high-growth startup environments.
