Responsibilities
Spearhead the development and execution of the business in the international (Non-US) region
Create and lead the business development vision, strategy, and processes to drive sales
Increase revenue and retain the customer base
Encompass international marketing and the establishment of international partnerships
Evaluate the current state of commercial operations
Drive business development activities
Design the commercial organization to meet the company's goals
Manage staff across multiple time zones
Travel as necessary

Required
Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
Minimum of 15 years' of individual sales experience
At least 5 years' in a sales management capacity
Proven track record in sales achievement
Experience in managing a P&L
General manager mindset
Excellent communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Strong analytical skills
Ability to build and manage effective sales and support teams
Strong background in developing and implementing business and marketing strategies
Adept at fostering customer relationships
Ability to think strategically and plan for the organization's long-term objectives
