Responsibilities

Achieve/Outperform assigned annual sales target

Develop ongoing relationships with key decision makers, key influencers, C-suite within assigned territory

Develop a robust pipeline of new opportunities to support achievement of assigned sales target

Convert opportunities to awards

Enter all required activities, leads, opportunities, proposals into CRM (SalesForce)

Attend industry conferences as required to promote Phastar’s services and meet with new potential customers

Act as the primary point of contact within Phastar and the customer

Develop productive business relationships with internal stakeholders in order to effectively and efficiently engage and achieve common goals and overall objectives

Developing territory and key account plans

Demonstrate a strong work ethic and represent Phastar with high integrity, honesty, loyalty, and professionalism at all times

Maintain high professional standards in the communication with customers to build and maintain a good Phastar reputation
