Responsibilities

Work directly with leadership to help shape and communicate the marketing strategy.

Assist in translating high-level marketing goals into clear, actionable plans that are easily visualized and understood by cross-functional teams.

Ensure all project deliverables align with the broader strategic objectives of the organization.

Lead the initiation, planning, and execution of marketing projects of varying sizes, developing detailed project plans that outline timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

Ensure project goals and objectives are clearly defined, documented, and aligned with overall business strategy.

Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, content, digital, and product, to coordinate project activities.

Facilitate effective communication and ensure all stakeholders are aligned with project goals.

Establish and manage project timelines, ensuring that all deliverables are met on schedule.

Address any delays or issues promptly and adjust plans as necessary while providing effective and regular communication to key stakeholders.

Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and methodologies.

Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Identify, analyze, mitigate, document, and control project risks.

Project Management Experience
