Responsibilities
Coordinate all aspects of the commercial auto product that drive profit and growth.
Assess the product’s monthly performance.
Identify segmentation opportunities.
Explore underlying drivers of market trends.
Support product revisions and updates.
Engage with partners in many other parts of the organization to provide insights into business growth and profitability.

Required
Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of one year analytical work experience.
In lieu of a quantitative degree, a Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of three years of analytical work experience.
In lieu of a degree, a minimum of four years of analytical work experience.
In lieu of the above, successful completion of Progressive's Analyst Boot Camp and Progressive's Internal Analyst Trainee program and a minimum one year analytical work experience.
Preferred
Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to draw conclusions.
Experience with data extraction and summarization using tools such as SQL, SAS, R, Python or equivalent.
Proficiency with Excel, including the use of pivot tables and formulas.
Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
