Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social media engagement to connect with potential customers and generate leads.
Qualify incoming leads from digital accounts and marketing campaigns to create sales opportunities and move them through the pipeline
Manage and update leads in CRM, track outreach, and follow up with prospects regularly.
Effectively nurture and build relationships with potential clients to encourage long-term partnerships.
Develop an in-depth understanding of Expressable’s services and communicate their value propositions clearly to potential clients.
Conduct online presentations to showcase service model features, answer questions, and handle objections
Work to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Convert qualified leads into closed sales and contribute to client growth by scheduling new clients efficiently.
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation, share feedback from customers, and suggest improvements.
Coordinate with the sales director to align goals and ensure seamless transitions between lead nurturing and closing stages.
Keep accurate records of all sales activities in CRM systems, including calls, emails, meetings, and transactions.
Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, sales activities, and pipeline status.

Required

A minimum of more than two years sales or business development experience with a strong preference for experience within a healthcare organization and/or a passion for the healthcare industry
Applies creativity to prospecting using both traditional methods and leveraging new technologies
Adept at reaching prospects and uncovering their unique needs in order to identify opportunities for the potential referral relationship.
Actively engaged in professional growth and development
Track record of success meeting quotas and achieving KPIs
Enjoys building relationships and networking with others. Builds relationships on a foundation of authenticity and humility
Ability to thrive in a fully-remote work environment and manage multiple ongoing campaigns efficiently
Access to consistent, high-quality internet, and a suitable work environment for extensive phone work
