Responsibilities
Handle hotel bookings for clients promptly and accurately
Utilize reservation software to manage bookings and maintain records
Confirm reservations and communicate booking details to clients efficiently
Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat
Assist clients with inquiries regarding hotel options, availability, and amenities
Address any issues or concerns related to reservations promptly and professionally
Promote eco-friendly lodging options to align with Ecoway Voyagers’ sustainability standards
Educate clients on sustainable practices and encourage responsible travel choices
Coordinate with other team members to ensure seamless travel arrangements
Work closely with our travel advisors to provide comprehensive booking support

Required
Proven experience as a hotel reservationist or in a similar customer service role
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
