Responsibilities

Compile, process, and analyze financial information

Prepare financial reports and schedules

Maintain records and prepare reconciliations of accounts

Coordinate the annual budget process

Assist in audit preparation

Provide month-end statistics and data

Responsible for fixed assets and sales tax information

Process journal vouchers with supporting documentation

Analyze monthly budget variances and prepare a summary analysis
