Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive global demand-generation strategy.
Work with regional marketing managers to create and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, SEO/SEM, webinars, content/social media) to meet global pipeline and ARR goals.
Align marketing campaigns with sales objectives to ensure seamless lead transitions.
Collaborate closely with internal teams (Content/Social Media Marketing, Design, Customer Marketing, Events, Product Marketing, and Marketing Ops) to prioritize integrated campaigns that lead to pipeline development.
Manage and mentor a team of high-performing, demand-focused, regional marketing managers.
Manage Integrated Marketing budget; oversee planning and performance analysis.
Track and report on campaign success using marketing automation and CRM tools to track and report on campaign success.

Required

5+ years of experience as a senior marketing leader with a focus on demand generation.
Proven track record in executing integrated marketing campaigns for targeted audiences.
Proficient in marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot), web analytics (GA4), SEO tools (SEMRush).
3+ years managing a team of 2+ direct reports.
Knowledge of digital marketing and emerging trends.

Preferred

Experience marketing SaaS platforms to education organizations preferred.
International experience, particularly in Australia and the UK.
