Responsibilities

Processes license, E&O, and W9 requests.

Assigns appointment and/or agreement requests to Carrier Relations team members.

Assists with reviewing and administering the carrier requests workflow on SharePoint.

Assists with tracking carriers during company rebrands.

Utilizes checklists on SharePoint to track licensing processes.

Contributes toward process improvement projects.

Electronic scanning and filing as needed

Checks and distributes mail as needed.

Manages the Carrier Administration email Inbox

Verifies appointments and market access for staff.

Processes appointment renewals for company and staff.

Provides administrative support to Carrier Relations staff as needed.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Microsoft OfficeSharePointResearching skills

Required

One (1) or more years of related administrative work experience, required

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Exceptional ability to work within a team

Exceptional ability to multi-task on multiple high priority projects

Strong problem solving, planning, organizational and prioritization skills

Advanced Researching Skills Required

Proficient in Microsoft Office products; intermediate Excel, Word, Adobe and SharePoint level required

Preferred

Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, preferred
