Responsibilities

Enhance the efficiency and accuracy of bookkeeping operations

Manage comprehensive accounting tasks

Ensure seamless operations through close interactions with both internal stakeholders and clients

Handle bookkeeping tasks, including categorization, job costing, reconciliation, etc.

Perform full-charge bookkeeping and use advanced accounting tools and systems such as POS system (setup), QuickBooks Online (QBO) integration, and accounts receivable/payable work

Support company onboardings, regular reviews, month-end close, year-end close process, and other critical client lifecycle events

Interact with clients, answer questions, gather information, and explain bookkeeping data clearly

Drive continuous improvement in Uplinq’s automated bookkeeping systems and contribute to business intelligence solutions

Required

substantial experience in handling bookkeeping tasks, including categorization, job costing, reconciliation, etc.

adept at full-charge bookkeeping and using advanced accounting tools and systems such as, POS system (setup), QuickBooks Online (QBO) integration, and accounts receivable/payable work.

3-5 years in both cash and accrual based accounting, with a preference for those with multi-client experience.

Expertise in financial statement preparation, reconciliations, and U.S. GAAP compliance is essential.
