Responsibilities
Sourcing: Align with hiring managers on target candidate profiles, develop compelling job descriptions, and source top talent. Experience scaling GTM hiring in a start-up environment is incredibly important here, as you will partner with GTM hiring managers to evolve from the largely network-based sourcing strategies of the early days of Haus to a truly scalable sourcing motion that enables us to meaningfully grow our GTM teams quarter-over-quarter while maintaining an exceptionally high bar for candidate quality.
Screening: Review applications and conduct initial screening interviews to select qualified candidates for further consideration.
Full Lifecycle Execution: Own the end-to-end recruitment process for GTM roles, including sourcing, screening, and closing top GTM talent.
Metrics & Optimization: Track, analyze, and action on GTM recruitment metrics to refine processes, improve efficiency over time, and inform company-level headcount planning
Building: Serve as a thought partner with GTM hiring managers and your Recruiting teammates (1 Technical Recruiter + a xfunctional Recruiting Coordinator) in scaling Haus hiring processes efficiently and effectively (e.g. innovating sourcing techniques, interview plan developments, DE&I efforts)

Required
Bachelor's degree
4-6 years of experience specifically in recruiting GTM roles, with at least 2 of those years at a fast-growing startup.
Proven track record of attracting top talent across GTM levels and functions, including Enterprise Account Executives, Sales Engineers, SDRs, diverse Marketing roles, Customer Success Managers, and Customer Success Onboarding Managers.
Understanding of building from 0-1 and how to iterate on process, fast-paced environments, and GTM candidate personas.
Experience with Lever ATS (experience with other ATS' such as Ashby is a plus)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
