Responsibilities
Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies within supply chain and operational processes.
Solve complex data problems to discover hidden insights, optimize logistics, and improve performance across various domains.
Develop predictive models, algorithms, and optimization techniques for supply chain processes, including demand forecasting, inventory management, and transportation routes.
Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and analytical teams to understand data requirements and ensure effective solutions.
Design and implement advanced analytics methods such as clustering, regression, decision trees, and neural networks.
Build dashboards and visualizations to communicate actionable insights clearly and effectively to stakeholders.
Manage data science project delivery, including timeline planning, requirement gathering, and solution implementation.
Experiment with unstructured, structured, and sensor data to identify innovative data applications and recommend new collection methods or system requirements.
Support cross-functional teams with training on analytics tools and ensure methodologies are consistently optimized.
Monitor deployed algorithms and models, recommending updates as needed to maintain efficacy.

Required
5+ years of related experience in data science, with a focus on supply chain analytics or operational intelligence.
Demonstrated ability to work with noisy data and integrate multiple disparate data sources, including structured, unstructured, and sensor data.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, Java, or C++.
Experience with analytics tools (e.g., pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Tableau, ArcGIS).
Proficiency in database technologies such as SQL, NoSQL, Hadoop, Hive, and MongoDB.
Knowledge of data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and documentation tools (e.g., Jupyter Notebooks, Git).
Expertise in supply chain management principles, including demand forecasting, inventory management, and logistics optimization.
Familiarity with intelligence and operational data sets, including geographic, biometric, and open-source intelligence.
Strong analytical problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication skills to convey findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to identify data shortfalls and recommend innovative technical solutions.
Due to US Government Contract Requirements, only US Citizens are eligible for this role.
An active TS/SCI security clearance is Required
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Operations Research, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Machine Learning, Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), or similar credentials are a plus
