Business Development Representative

Responsibilities
You will play an integral role in qualifying leads, implementing proven tactics to help ensure the successful execution of outbound marketing campaigns, and supporting customer acquisition and sales strategies
Conduct industry research & assemble account lists
Stay up to date with clients business, and identifying opportunities for Brand ID using business systems such as Linkedin Sales Navigator, Apollo, and Rocket Reach
Work in Salesforce to complete all Account Based Selling fields for our leads to ensure we target the right companies and divisions therein. This will allow every lead to be qualified before sales steps are taken.
Execute on quarterly business development targets
Build our sales team’s pipeline and keep all contacts and activities up to date in Salesforce.com
Demonstrating initiative, creativity & collaboration through the sales and business development departments
Stay up to date on our brands’ financial records and funding via Crunchbase Pro
Collaborate with Business Development team on best outreach strategies & email marketing campaigns
Cold call via Salesforce email cadences & LinkedIn outreach
Remain current on targeted industry new developments, collaborations, industry trends as well as understanding customers' strategy, organization, and decision-making process and growth plans.
Set up initial samples for brands & work with our Hong Kong and Costa Mesa showroom to ensure the correct samples are getting sent out

Required
Experience conducting in depth research and identifying new opportunities
You must be able to work in a team environment with the ability to network
Proficient in Google Office products
Passionate about brands and eager to learn more about the industry
Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
Identifying Leads: 1 year (Required)
Preferred
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, business or relevant field preferred but not required
