Required

5+ years of software engineering experience with previous people management experience, ideally within high-growth environments
Technical depth in web engineering with familiarity in technologies relevant to SlideShare’s stack
Strong track record of building and upleveling engineering teams, establishing sustainable development practices, and delivering on roadmap goals
Ability to balance short-term deliverables with long-term strategic thinking, navigating both daily challenges and big-picture goals
Proven commitment to mentorship, team growth, and career development for individual contributors

Preferred

Experience with React, Ruby, and/or GraphQL is a plus
