Responsibilities
Lead requirements gathering and negotiate specific scope items to ensure delivery meets the needs of all stakeholders
Understand and create technical documentation around user processes, problems, and needs
Work with technical teams to develop solutions for the identified business requirements
Work as a cross-functional team member that can support other functions such as UI/UX and testing activities
Create mock-ups and prototypes for proposed solution
Provide relevant job-related content in support of proposal efforts as required

Required
US Citizenship Required
Bachelor's Degree
5+ or more years of experience in information technology, business, or related field
Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
Preferred
Financial regulatory decision-based analysis experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Process (ITIL, ITSM, PMI) experience a plus
Experience working in an Agile software development environment
Experience with Jira and/or other application lifecycle management tool
Ability to communicate well within cross-functional teams and to be the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders
Strong collaborator able to contribute to a variety of tasks
Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills to building relationships with users, customers and suppliers
