Responsibilities

Serve as the subject matter expert on retail deductions and compliance programs at Amazon (and other retailers, as applicable), ensuring that your experience as a supplier drives our solutions

Join sales calls as the expert, answering technical questions about deductions and compliance, and demonstrating how SupplyPike can help resolve these issues for potential customers

Provide strategic guidance and insights to Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams; Act as an internal consultant to ensure our solutions meet the evolving needs of suppliers dealing with retail deductions

Work closely with Product to advise on feature prioritization based on real-world deductions challenges and customer feedback

Offer insights around retailer deductions and compliance programs to help the Marketing team develop content that resonates with our audience

Provide expertise during quarterly business reviews, helping resolve deductions-related challenges faced by our customers

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, news, and developments through professional networks, supplier groups, newsletters, and conferences, and share insights internally
