Account Strategist-Retail (Remote)

Responsibilities
The voice of the customer in cross-functional meetings – helping to guide the team towards solutions that best meet the client’s needs.
A strategic lead for key Retail and CPG account partnerships
Holistic, full-funnel recommendations for Retail and CPG campaigns across all activation channels and creative formats
And lead kick-off calls with client/agency and internal teams
Between sales and operations teams (Analytics, Creative, Partnerships, Product, Solutions Engineering)
And presentation of detailed client performance reporting that brings the campaign to life
With campaign counterparts to troubleshoot campaigns when needed
Management of major campaign initiatives
And provide strategic sales materials for RFPs showcasing how we’ll meet and exceed their goals, all in a measurable way
Build, and create deep relationships with client and agency partners
Closely with campaign counterparts to ensure sure client goals are achieved/exceeded

Required
5-7 years in client services roles with specialty in Retail and/or CPG verticals
media experience is required
understanding of competitive landscape: Digital media, DCO, Retail, CPG and Retail Media Networks
with leading category measurement solutions
oriented and data-driven, with strong analytical skills
with the ability to build recommendations and action plans based on data
in working closely with sales teams, customers, and multiple internal stakeholders
player with excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
in Excel & PPT
