Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations of the SIS, ensuring system availability, performance, and reliability.
Manage system configurations, including user roles, permissions, and security settings.
Develop and maintain custom fields, forms, workflows, and reports to meet institutional needs.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity through routine audits and data validation procedures.
Collaborate with institutional stakeholders to create and deliver reports for compliance, accreditation, and operational needs.
Serve as the primary point of contact for SIS-related inquiries and issue resolution.
Provide training and documentation to staff and faculty on SIS functionality and best practices.
Gather user feedback to identify and implement improvements.
Collaborate with IT, student services, and academic departments to identify opportunities for system optimization.
Work with third-party vendors to integrate the SIS with other institutional platforms, such as Learning Management Systems (LMS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, and financial aid systems.
Test, evaluate, and implement system updates and new modules.
Maintain compliance with data security regulations, such as FERPA, and institutional policies.
Ensure proper handling of student records and sensitive information.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Education, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2+ years of experience managing a Student Information System (e.g., Anthology Student (Campusvue), Ellucian (Banner), PowerSchool, or similar).
Proficiency in generating reports, workflows, and system configurations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Preferred
2+ years of managing Anthology SIS
Experience in higher education or career college environments.
Knowledge of federal and state reporting requirements, including IPEDS and accreditation standards.
Familiarity with integrating SIS platforms with other enterprise systems, such as LMS or CRM tools.
SQL knowledge or similar database query skills.
