Responsibilities
Using agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions.
Training, mentoring, and supporting scrum teams to follow agile values, principles, and practices.
Determining and managing tasks, issues, risks, and action items.
Scheduling and facilitating scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes.
Monitoring progress and performance and helping teams to make improvements.
Planning and organizing demos and product/system testing.
Ensuring the proper use of collaborative processes and removing impediments for the scrum team.
Tracking project processes, deliverables, and financials.
Preparing and presenting status reports to stakeholders.
Should have experience in Financial Service Domain. FSC certification is good to have.
Experience as a Business Analyst, specifically with CRM systems (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
Strong understanding of CRM principles, concepts, and standard methodologies. Admin certification is plus.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Required
7+ years of relevant technical and business work experience
Should be able to manage scrum team and able to write stories for Banking client
Using agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions
Training, mentoring, and supporting scrum teams to follow agile values, principles, and practices
Determining and managing tasks, issues, risks, and action items
Scheduling and facilitating scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes

Experience in Financial Service Domain
Experience as a Business Analyst, specifically with CRM systems (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)
Strong understanding of CRM principles, concepts, and standard methodologies
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to translate business needs into technical solutions
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using CRM tools or other data analysis software
Effective communication and social skills to interact with diverse senior team members
Project management experience with the ability to prioritize tasks and lead deadlines effectively
Familiarity with software development process (SDLC) and agile methodologies
Strong process analysis skills and ability to suggest improvements for the efficiency and effectiveness of solutions based on industry-standard methodologies
Knowledge of business analysis standard methodologies (such as BABOK) and ability to optimally apply them
Advanced knowledge of the specific business areas, processes, workflows, standards, and business practices
Proven conceptual, analytical, and judgmental skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate well with all levels, technical as well as non-technical stakeholders
Preferred
FSC certification is good to have
Admin certification is plus
