Responsibilities
Secure, verify, and analyze customer loan application information as set forth in product guidelines to provide quality consumer loan services.
Direct phone contact with customers who are applying for consumer loans via our company website with an emphasis on loan origination.

Required
High School Diploma or GED required.
At least 1 year experience in a customer service role.
Strong attention to detail.
Knowledge of MS Office products.
Excellent communication skills are required, both oral and written.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Ability to type 35+ wpm.
Preferred
Some college preferred.
Prior loan processing/verifying/collecting helpful but not required.
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
