Responsibilities
Oversee site managers and act as liaison providing administrative support for day-to-day activities within each contract location. Duties include but are not limited, to setting weekly priorities, monitoring work, approving time-off requests, assigning and overseeing special projects, providing guidance and training as needed, and performance management.
Ensure all sites meet or exceed customer KPIs and SLAs initiating corrective action when not met, and works with the Director of Federal Operations to ensure all contractual obligations are met.
Oversee client relationships; facilitate open communications, understand client perspectives/expectations, and monitor client satisfaction.
Monitor financial functions such as billing, billing accuracy, and overall operating costs to meet financial goals, especially concentrating on labor, equipment, supplies and miscellaneous site level costs, collaborating with finance team members.
Assess and analyze departmental budgets in order to find ways to minimize expenses and optimize profits.
Identify potential problems and points of friction in order to find solutions to maximize efficiency and revenue.
Collaborate with site management and Human Resources on topics such as recruiting, hiring, staff development, and personnel issues.
Maintain appropriate contact with all accounts and respond to requests when required.
Oversee performance of all business functions, processes and compliance with company and customer expectations at assigned site(s), collaborating with cross-functional leaders in all functional areas.
Prepare department reports with accuracy.
Other duties as assigned.

Required
Bachelor’s Degree in related field or work experience equivalent.
Ability to obtain a Government Secret Security Clearance.
Proven experience developing and implementing operational plans, and analyzing financial and quality data; experience in developing and/or operating management service organizations.
Fluency in Microsoft Office Programs with a heavy emphasis on Microsoft Excel.
Ability to demonstrate effective communication skills with both executives and staff in order to create and administer policy.
Ability to implement centralized processes in a large complex environment.
Ability to communicate effectively and articulate all relevant operational perspectives.
Ability to respond quickly to change and adjust initiatives and priorities accordingly.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to jump from priority to priority is essential.
Ability to motivate and inspire employees to perform at their best through positive encouragement and coaching.
Ability to work independently with minimal or no supervision.
Preferred
Prior experience with a government contractor preferred.
Preferred candidate will be located on the East Coast as occasional travel may be needed.
