Responsibilities

Handling inbound and outbound customer inquiries
Responding to phone calls and emails
Scheduling appointments
Entering detailed notes into our patient management system
Educating patients about our services and protocols
Contributing to enhancing the overall customer experience through innovative approaches
Adhering to all the conditions and policies of ODP regardless of location
Being available and communicative during scheduled work hours
Maintaining a quiet and distraction-free workspace
Maintaining all equipment necessary for their job
Meeting performance metrics during remote work

Call Center ExperienceDenticonComputer LiteracyTechnology ComfortMulti-line Phone Systems

Required

High school diploma required.
1 year of call center experience within the last 3 years (REQUIRED)
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to adapt to change and work under pressure
Clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written
Detail-oriented, problem-solving capabilities, and organizational skills
Flexible schedule availability, including high demand days
Quick learner, comfortable with technology, and adaptability to changing environments.
Motivated to be a consistent performer.
Familiarity with complex or multi-line phone systems
Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
Computer literacy is required.

Preferred

Dental experience with Denticon is a huge PLUS!
